Join the crowds from Northwestern Ontario, the Midwestern United States and Manitoba as they enjoy the belted-out blues songs from both local and international artists. Smooth melodies can be heard at the Thunder Bay Marina Park annually in early July.

Directed by the drumbeat, dragon boaters paddle in unison, skimming over the waters of Boulevard Lake. The festival is a great mixture of competition and good old fun.
